General Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Bikersspirit.com (www.bikersspirit.com), a private sales website managed by Biker’s Spirit, 4 chemin de la Barillette, 1197 Prangins, Switzerland.
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) to Biker’s Spirit, (hereinafter referred to as “BSS” or “we”), on the BSS website, mobile website or by telephone.
By accessing and using our Site, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this document (the “General Terms and Conditions”). Please make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.
Only physical persons who are of legal age in their country of residence and at least eighteen (18) years of age, not under guardianship or tutelage, and not acting on behalf of a company, may place an order.
The use of the Site is authorized for private use only. Any commercial use, in particular for the purpose of reselling the purchased products on this Site to third parties, is prohibited.
Delivery costs and delivery time
The products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.
BSS is not responsible for any delays or problems during delivery. The sale is validly executed and BSS is released from all liability upon delivery of the product to the post office or a carrier.
In the event of incorrect transmission by the customer of his details, BSS declines all responsibility in the event of non-performance.
The prices indicated on the website are net: VAT included and delivery costs not included.

Shipping costs are therefore added to the prices.
Packaging costs are included in the delivery costs.
Shipping within Switzerland
All sales made in Switzerland are invoiced in CHF.
Delivery cost: CHF 7.00
Free delivery for orders above CHF 150.00.
Delivery time: Unless otherwise specified at the time of order validation, the estimated delivery time is 7 working days from the date of the order.
Although we do our best to deliver on time, delivery may sometimes take longer due to unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 15 working days, you will then be entitled to cancel your order.
Shipping within European Union
All sales made in the European Union are invoiced in EURO.
Delivery cost: EUR 10.20
Free delivery for orders above EURO 200.00
Delivery time: Unless otherwise specified at the time of order validation, the estimated delivery time is 15 working days from the date of the order.
Although we do our best to deliver on time, delivery may sometimes take longer due to unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 30 working days, you will then be entitled to cancel your order.
Conclusion of the sale and payment
The sales contract is validly concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation email, subject to product availability.
Payment for purchases made on this site is due at the time of ordering, without cash discount.
Two payment methods are available: It can be made either by bank transfer/ebanking or by credit card (Visa, American Express or Mastercard).
In the case of payment by credit card, the amount is immediately debited upon confirmation.
Concerning payment by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

IMPORTANT: please indicate the order number in the payment reference.
If the delivered good has material or manufacturing defects, we undertake either to remove them or to provide a replacement delivery within a reasonable period of time. In case of failure on our part, the customer can, at his choice, either cancel the order or negotiate a price reduction.
All defects must be reported in writing to the email address email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
After this period, we decline any responsibility for material or manufacturing defects.
Our company cannot be held responsible for certain quality problems, e.g. normal wear and tear, extreme or improper use/handling by the customer or third parties.
If this case should arise, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you the procedure to follow.
The customer has the right to return his product within 14 days from the date of receipt. The stamp of the post office or similar carrier being taken as proof.
We only take back items that are intact, unworn and undamaged.
Please return the products as received: in their original packaging, with all labels and with the completed and signed “Return” section on the delivery note, to our address.
In the event of a return in accordance with the above paragraphs, the price paid will be refunded, upon receipt of the goods, in accordance with the following procedures:
- If the return is due to a faulty shipment from BSS, the amount paid and shipping costs will be refunded.
The shipping costs associated with the return of the goods will also be borne by BSS.
- For any other reason, only the paid value of goods will be refunded, but not any additional costs.
